The Isle of Onurak Nui is the singular landmass located within the dome that bears the same name.
History[]
Onurak Nui was once a heavily vegetated yet uninhabited island. It was later colonized by the Onuka following their creation by the Maker Oonava. The Semi-Matoran eventually formed a unity with the island's many types of Flora and Fauna through a system of recycling and solidarity.
Inferno[]
Seen as a threat to the well-being of the Great Spirit, Sector 10 of the Order of Mata Nui set fire to the island, thereby destroying almost all of the its' inhabitants and wildlife. The very few survivors of the Vahkta Nui escaped to other islands, including but not limited to, the Southern Islet of Manax Nui and the Midwestern Island of Zelix Nui.

Withering Soul[]
While on his endless journey for self-discovery, Toa Vuata Maca Lesovikk decided to examine the ruins of Onurak Nui after he heard rumors about the massacre of Semi-Matoran that had occurred there. While looking at the destruction, he became disgusted that anyone would do such a thing. After searching the island, he found a chain of boulders sticking out of the water that led to a larger boulder resting against the dome's wall. Beneath the obstruction Lesovikk discovered a hidden entrance to another dome.
Landscape[]
Before the island's destruction, it was covered with thick vegetation and divided into various Koro where the Matoran and the Flora both lived in harmony.
